13 Moons

There are 13 Full Moons and 13 New Moons a year (give or take 1 or 2 moons). The New moon is following by a waxing moon (getting bigger) and the Full Moon is followed by a waning moon (getting smaller). The practice of utilizing the moon phases to determine the correct timing to work with mother nature. Traditionally farmers, witches, high priest and high priestess would utilized this wisdom for herbal lore and magic.

Moon Magic

Use the phases of the moon to guide you to the completion of your dreams by breaking down your dreams into small goals through the phases. During the New Moon you would take a bitter bath to release negative energy and set intentions to start new projects. During the Full Moon take a sweet bath to absorb the sweetness of life like love, abundance, beauty, and ect . . . 

What's a Ritual and How to Execute

Ritual - is a sequence of activities involving gestures, words, actions, or objects, performed according to a set sequence. Rituals may be prescribed by the traditions of a community, including a religious community, or it can be daily mundane activities (i.e. bathing, cooking dinner, journaling, and ect . . .)

To hold space for a successful spiritual bath moon ritual clean your entire bathroom. If you can help it, clean your whole house, or at least your clean your bedroom. The point of this is to not attach yourself to any unclean debris after you finish cleansing your aura. 

Write our your intention for your Bath and what you want to release (new moon) or what you want to absorb (full moon).

Wash your body in the shower before you run your bath water. Run your bath and use EDEN 11:11 bubble bath. Place your herbs in satchel and soak your herbs in the tub. Burn your EDEN 11:11 candle. Then take your left hand and cup some water in your hand as yo dedicate your bath to the feminine principle. Do the same with your right hand and dedicate your bath to the masculine principle. Now take what you wrote as the intentions for you and stir your bath with your hand 3 times as you repeat your prayer 3 times. Turn on your Ritual Music from EDEN 11:11 to continue in the vein of your meditative ritual. Soak in your Ritual Bliss. Enjoy!

Protect, release, and set your intentions during the new moon. Scent Frankincense, Cajeput, Balsam, and Peppermint.
